SITEM YAZGILI

Sitem Yazgili is a Solicitor in the Property department.

Sitem has trained and worked in a boutique law firm and has previously acted for high net worth individuals, lenders, investors and first time buyers. She has experience in acting for sellers and buyers in a wide range of property matters, from multi million pound purchases by foreign investors to leasehold properties involving multiple management companies. Prior to joining RHJ Devonshire, Sitem gained further residential property experience working within the Property department of a Central London Law Firm.

Sitem is fluent in Turkish. She has extensive experience in the property sector, having previously worked as an estate agent, to provide her clients with a personable approach. She is passionate about guiding buyers to make the experience of house buying as easy as possible and ensures clients are fully informed and aware of all aspects affecting their transaction. A vast majority of Sitem’s work is through referrals and re-instructions by previous clients.

Outside of work, Sitem enjoys travelling, reading and yoga.
